A small team that would rather be useful than impressive
Wovex exists because businesses kept buying disconnected pieces — a site here, an AI pilot there, infrastructure from someone else — and then paying again to make them work together.
Why we started
Every one of us had spent years inheriting half-finished systems: an automation nobody trusted, a fast-looking site with no measurement, infrastructure only one departed contractor understood. The pattern was never a lack of talent — it was that no one owned the whole system.
So Wovex is deliberately structured the other way. One team, one plan, one accountable set of people from diagnosis to operation. We stay small enough that senior engineers do the work rather than review it.
What we do not do
- Sell an AI project when the real problem is a broken process.
- Take on work purely to fill capacity.
- Bill for discovery documents that never become software.
- Hold your infrastructure or accounts as leverage.
- Promise a timeline we have not sequenced.
Six commitments we're happy to be held to
Diagnose before prescribing
We will not quote a build until we understand the constraint. Sometimes the honest answer is a two-week fix rather than a six-month platform.
Small senior team, no handover chain
The people in the first call are the people writing the code. Nothing gets translated through an account manager.
Working software weekly
You see a preview environment every week from week one. Progress is something you click, not something you read in a status report.
Security is not a later phase
Access control, secrets handling and logging are part of the first build, because retrofitting them costs three times as much.
We say no
If a project needs a capability we do not have, or the timeline makes quality impossible, we tell you and point elsewhere.
You own everything
Code, infrastructure, documentation and accounts are yours. No proprietary lock-in, no hostage licensing.
The disciplines in the room
Not job titles on a page — these are the areas we take responsibility for.

Talk to the people who'd build it
No pitch deck, no discovery invoice. A conversation about the outcome you need and whether we're the right team for it.
